The Pearlmaster 69298 doesn’t hold back. Crafted from solid 18k yellow gold, it’s fitted with a full pavé diamond dial, ruby hour markers, and a factory-set diamond bezel. This is Rolex in maximalist mode; refined, but far from restrained.

Originally introduced in the late ’90s as the brand’s most opulent take on the Datejust, the Pearlmaster was designed to stand apart. And this example might be the clearest statement of that intent.

The dial is paved wall-to-wall with perfectly set, factory brilliant-cut diamonds; symmetrical, bright, and full of life. Each ruby marker pops through the sparkle with deep, consistent color. The date’s right where it should be at 3 o’clock, rimmed in gold and framed under the signature cyclops lens.

The 29mm case remains sharp, with thick lugs and a full presence. Its solid gold Pearlmaster bracelet flows smoothly on the wrist, while the bezel stones throw light with every movement.
