Alongside AP's production of the iconic Royal Oak, reduced-sized versions of this watch were launched and that is exactly where one can still find value buys.

While it just measures 35 mm it doesn't compromise anything and maintains a very good wrist presence: it's exactly the same watch with the same robust and bold, yet elegant and sophisticated design in a smaller version. This 6023BA has the grey 'petite tapisserie' dial with gilt text and 18k yellow-gold applied markers encrusted with factory set diamonds. The brandname is very faint and can be glanced at only from certain angles, enhancing the simplicity.

The 18k yellow-gold case and octagonal bezel with screws are in good condition maintaining the sharp edges. Same goes to say for the flip lock bracelet that still clearly displays the A and P. Thanks to the thin Quartz calibre It fits perfectly around the wrist, paired with the integrated bracelet it makes for a very elegant watch that is sporty and young at the same time. It still has the original crown, lacking the logo. The watch dates back to the mid to late 80's.
