The Cellini was introduced in the '60s. Rolex always stood for high-quality, reliable, purpose-built tool watches, so adding an elegant dress watch to the line was something new for Rolex. The Cellini came in different sizes and shapes and the reference 4127 we can offer you has a rectangular, Tank-like case. The design of the 4127 truly catches the groovy vibes from the '70s. An 18k yellow-gold, rectangular case with a pyramid finish on the bezel and a wood dial, which gives the watch a very luxurious appearance. It comes an a brown-leather Rolex strap with an 18k yellow-gold Rolex buckle. The specimen we can offer you dates back to 1976 and comes with its original Rolex box.

Introduction

Rolex CelliniThe Cellini probably is the least well-known model in Rolex' line up and it also is an odd one out. The collection exists of dress watches in different shapes and sizes but it has no clear, distinctive design like other Rolex watches, such as the Rolex Submariner and GMT-Master. The Cellini was introduced in the '60s and was a great addition to the collection. Instead of only purpose-built tool watches, Rolex now offered an elegant, dress watch.
