Classic with a blingy touch.

The Day-Date as it is supposed to be: 36mm, President bracelet, yellow gold and a champagne dial. However, it has a little more opulent addition: diamond hour markers. More precisely, 8 brilliant cut and 2 baguette shaped diamond markers. This lay-out brings perfect balance together with the date function at 3 and the Spanish day at 12. It remains iconic but provides a little extra punch.

The President bracelet is almost equally appreciated as the watch itself. The 3 piece-links, the nice concealed clasp and the Rolex coronet on top to open it gracefully. Just like the case it remains in great condition. The watch dates back to 1979, one year after this upgraded Day-Date was introduced. Unlike its predecessor, produced until 1978, it has sapphire crystal, flat dial and a convenient quickset function with caliber 3055.

Practically great, condition wise great, aesthetically great.
